COLOR CONTROL EXERCISE

Color control is also called WHITE BALANCE
Use the controls on your camera to adjust the response to different light sources.

Find different sources of light and shoot a series of images
(USE a TRIPOD- don't move your camera between shots in the series)

Shoot the options your camera offers (see chart on left)
Some cameras have many more options- you can stick to the basics.

Be sure to learn the custom white balance feature-
try at least one subject with mixed lighting (more than one source- eg- window light with indoor tungsten light.

Shoot a series in at least the following lighting conditions
Sun
Shade
Tungsten (regular lightbulbs)
Fluorescent
Mixed

You will make a contact sheet of your photos
