How do you photograph an idea?
Due Thursday December 7th
Critique Tuesday  December 12th

Concept

Creating a series of photographs that relate visually and conceptually.
The goal is to express your concept by using symbols and/or metaphor - not a literal illustration.
You will produce a collection of images similar to the groups of images found in a publication like Light Work's Contact Sheet or in a gallery or museum show.

WORK


Start with a proposal.  Explain what your IDEA is and how you might express it.
Follow up with a discussion with the teacher
Shoot and proof for testing and experimentation
Evaluate that shoot and plan another
Second Shoot should be more refined - proof and evaluate
Shoot again to capture the best images to express your idea
Produce a series of prints that express your idea (at least 4 images)
Fill out an artist Statement for your work

 Mat  your prints for presentation

Follow Workflow for Documentation 
Make sure everything is labeled

Fill out the Evaluation Form for every shoot.
